I have a tips first for easy cooking of a goat meat and how to remove the unwanted smell of the meat. Some people do not eat goat meat because of the odor of the meat but I have a technique how to vanish away that smell. Of course, you have to wash it with tap water but I suggest you to wash with warm water but not to hot. Then the important spices aside from garlic, onions, black pepper, bayleaves, is a lot of ginger. Before stir-frying the the garlic, do it first with ginger, add the meat and 5 minites, add water again and remove and drain it.

After draining, back to the pressure cooker, saute all the spices, garlic, onions, and ginger again in a little amount of oil, then add the meat. To make the meat tender quickly, add a cup of seven up or sprite. 30 to 40 minutes in electric pressure cooker will be the easiest way.

Add all the ingredients like carrots, potato and bell pepper. This time I have no bell pepper and a little amount of carrots only. My calderita looked like an adobong baboy(pork adobo) but it is a goat meat. The most important part of my cooking is when everytime I served it, they all appreciate how delicious the taste. It is simply because, I cooked with feeling and nothing to be wasted.

Happy Sunday!
