Homemade Fruit Cocktail
Fruits are a good source of vitamins and minerals, They are high in fiber. Fruits have a wide range of health-boosting antioxidants, including flavonoids. We must have a diet high in fruits and vegetables because it reduces a person's risk from art disease, cancer, inflammation, and another disease according to our family doctor. That is why every time I went to my grocery, fruits are one of my bucket lists.
I got apple, yellow melon, and red melon then, we didn't finish eating it all so I decided to make a fruit juice cocktail. It turns out so delicious. Adding ice cubes made it perfect for the hot afternoon.
I almost throw it away but I saw the fruits were still in good taste. I processed it in the blender and did not waste it anymore. We should be wise in our decision about wasting food. Some people didn't have fruit at home.
