Chicken Thigh Adobo

This is my cooked chicken adobo last night. It has been a long time that I cooked this recipe. It was a request from one of the members of the family. Then, I also missed it so I cooked it well.

I used onions, garlic, vinegar, black pepper, and soy sauce. Marinate first for 10 minutes and cooked in moderate heat. That is my simple procedure of cooking to have the best result of my chicken adobo.

We had a happy dinner together with my family and they always wanted me to cook our food. Sometimes, if I am busy, I decided to buy online but yesterday I cooked upon their request. Cooking for us is the best for me and made me happy too.
