Sauteed Mussels

It is tahong in Tagalog sauteed with garlic, onions and finished with oyster sauce. When the water of the mussels comes out, keep the heat going on moderately until it dried up. You can taste the best result of what you cooked.

Mussels are nutritional and source of protein, as being a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, zinc and folate. They exceed the recommended daily intake of selenium, iodine and iron. Mussels are farmed with no negative impact to the environment. Just be careful to choose the new and fresh one and clean it thoroughly before cooking.

The food is really good my friend @benedict08, I really like scallops, but in my area the name is not oyster but boat rudder.
