Sweet Vermicilli Balls

The thinnest kind of vermicilli could be the easiest stuff to spare your time doing a sweet balls like these. Thick stick vermicilli is good for making noodles soups of different kind of recipes. But this kind is intended for sweets.

My sister did it by smashing into a tiny particles. Put it in a pan with a low heat temperature of the stove. Flip it occationally until the color became dark brown.

While hot, add an amount of condensed milk mix with the cooked vermicilli. Stir it until enough milk desired reach. You have to make it a tiny balls before it hardened. So while still the mixture is hot, make a ball one by one and the picture here was the best result. I was laughing while watvhing her cooking. How could be possible a vermicilli turned into a sweets? I saw her cooking and nothing impossible to someone's creativity.

She added the remaining condensed milk on the top of the sweet balls in ziggag direction to have at its best presentation.
