Sweetness of Melon

There is yellow melon and I always tasted that variety and we ate those yellow melon using fork to remove the inside. Put it on a bowl, then add sugar.

This red melon is different. I sliced it, put in a serving plate. Keep in the fridge with cover and serve after lunch or anytime you want. It is so sweet and refreshing most especially during the hot days.

Melon is also the best during night time before sleeping. There are so many kind of benefits it gives to our immune sytem and provide good health condition. I am suggesting you to have it in your bucket list. Instead of buying some junk foods like chips, replace it with different kind of fruits.
