Swordfish Ceviche/Malasugue Fish

Saturday and Sunday, I must have the best food to serve either in dinner or lunch time. Once a week, I am already thinking of what is the best and better food to serve. It must be something special because a family is the special part of our life.

Kinilaw from a fresh fish. We are often eating this since eating raw fishes is not advisable but for a taste in a while, I served it to the family members. It is so much better with grilled pork belly. That is the best partner.

To make the best ceviche, you have to wash the cube fish meat with venigar or lemon, to remove blood and undesired smell. Drain and set aside! Slice onions, ginger, lemon, cucumber, radish and chili. Mix it all at once using fork . Add venigar salt and little sugar to have the best taste. Mix it with grilled pork belly in another option. I didn't mix the pork belly because, we have one member of the family who never eat pork. That is an easy preparation!

After eating this minimal, we need cold soda drinks or even make the leftover as pulutan and drink some beer.
