Vegetable Balls And Pineapple

Shredding carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, bell pepper, cabbage mixed with 3 eggs and then add flours to hold making the balls. Add black pepper and salt to have the greatest taste. Mix the ingredients well until you see the desired batter or dough.

In a fying pan, put a new oil to have a good result of frying. Make a moderate heat only and drop the vegetables ball one by one to avoid sticking each other. Flip it occassionally as it become golden brown in color and remove from the oil. Use drainer of excess oil and kitchen tissue for a perfect removal of oil. Do not put it in one place together. Make a space into a kitchen towel or tissue. Put it in a plate with tissue and serve hot. It is healthy and no meet at all. Then, it is better serve with cold pure pineapple juice.
