Community, In this opportunity I share with you some shots of my warm up before training where I focused on activating the muscles, I hope you like it.

Esta semana no entrené mucho debido a las vacaciones, me siento un poco débil debido a la falta de entrenamiento, aun así los días que pude entrenar me esforcé para revalidar los días que no pude, esta semana no me sentí en buena forma, empecé como calentamiento recordando la tensión en los músculos por lo que tiré algo de estática para estar cómodo, al igual que las muñecas. La semana que viene me centraré en la concentración, más disciplina y esfuerzo, para compensar los días que no entrené esta semana.

This week I did not train much due to holidays, I feel a little weak due to lack of training, even so on the days I could train I tried hard to validate the days I could not, this week I did not feel in good shape, I started as a warm up remembering the tension in the muscles so I threw some static to be comfortable, as well as the wrists. Next week I will focus on concentration, more discipline and effort, to make up for the days I didn't train this week.
