Ladies of Hive Community Contest #297 [ESP/ENG]

Hi! Hello, internet folks! How are you doing? This week's questions are really interesting, so I'm going to start answering the questionnaire right away; I like it because it helps me discover more about myself and understand my feelings and emotions better.
¡Hola!
1️⃣ Which feelings or emotions do you find most difficult to open up about, and what helps to make it easier to share?
I am generally someone who rarely expresses feelings or emotions outwardly, so I never talk about what makes me cry—precisely to avoid doing so in front of others. In truth, I always channel all of that into creating art or distracting myself with the things I enjoy most; that is my way of releasing the emotions I carry inside—emotions I find hard to put into words—without actually sharing how I feel with others. That said, I do think AI is a good way to share your feelings without feeling vulnerable or uncomfortable—using tools like ChatGPT or Gemini, for instance—and it can likely provide useful resources for working through these issues. However, I wouldn't recommend it as a substitute for real friendships, and certainly not for a professional; if the emotions we struggle to express are affecting our lives, the best course of action is to seek help from a professional, such as a psychologist or therapist.

2️⃣ What food or dish are you loyal to for life, and why?
The answer is absolutely the arepa—a thousand percent. It is the one dish I have never grown tired of eating in my entire life. Even though we eat them every day in Venezuela (my home country)—usually for breakfast or dinner—and they are a staple of our cuisine, they never get old. The best way to describe an arepa is as a round flatbread made from precooked white or yellow corn flour. We fill them with all sorts of things—beef, pork, fish, ham, cheese, chicken... the possibilities are truly endless. They even get different names depending on the filling; for instance, the "Dominó" is filled with black beans and cheese, while the "Pelúa" is filled with shredded beef. It is simply impossible to get bored of this food fit for the gods 😊.

Thank u so much! :3
I love how you channel your feelings through creative things when you can't share them with others. I think it is a good method, especially when, after doing so, you feel better. But as you said, if the emotion is heavy or serious, it's best to seek professional help.
Arepa seems to be a signature dish in Venezuela. I would love to try one someday :)
