Welcome.

I am happy to be publishing in this community for the first time, I hope you like my content. Family: it is a word that has a broad and significant concept for many of us. Here I narrate the visit I made to a business located in Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela, which belongs to my nephews, they are a young couple who years ago decided to start this business called La Fortaleza where they sell food and drinks.

Me siento feliz de estar publicando en esta comunidad por primera vez, espero les agrade mi contenido. Familia: es una palabra que tiene un concepto amplio y significativo para muchos de nosotros. Aquí les narro la visita que realice a un negocio ubicado en Ciudad Guayana, país Venezuela el cual pertenece a mis sobrinos, ellos son un matrimonio joven que hace años decidieron emprender este negocio llamado La Fortaleza donde venden comida y bebidas.

In the week before making this visit, we were looking for a way to fill gas, waiting for what day we had to fill the tank of our vehicle; because in Venezuela you have to do it on the day that corresponds to you according to the last number of the license plate of your car or motorcycle. We were able to do it and then conclude this pleasant visit.

En la semana antes de hacer esta visita, estábamos buscando la forma de echar gasolina, pendientes de que día nos tocaba surtir el tanque de nuestro vehículo; porque en Venezuela tienes que hacerlo el día que te corresponda según el ultimo numero de la placa de tu carro o moto. Pudimos hacerlo y entonces concluir esta agradable visita.

This is my beautiful niece Karen, who is the owner of the business together with her husband Julio who was not there at the time. She runs her business together with two employees. He told us that sales have dropped a bit, that there is not as much flow of customers buying, but that even so, on weekends, business sales go up.

Esta es mi bella sobrina Karen, quien es la propietaria del negocio junto con su esposo Julio quien no se encontraba en ese momento. Ella atiende su negocio junto con dos empleados. Nos dijo que las ventas han bajado un poco, que no hay tanto fluido de clientes comprando, pero que aun así los fines de semana suben las ventas del negocio.

I affirm that it is a family business; because years ago, I worked here helping them because they had a lot of orders to deliver, there was a lot of sales movement. The family is here to support us and collaborate whenever possible, in union any situation that arises is more bearable.

Afirmo que es un negocio familiar; porque años atrás, trabaje aquí ayudándolos porque tenían muchos pedidos que entregar, había mucho movimiento de ventas. La familia esta para apoyarnos y colaborar siempre que se pueda, en unión es mas llevadero toda situación que se presente.

They sell all kinds of smoked products: pork ham, pastrami, bacon, chicken wings, among others. They have a wide variety. They do well with this type of food for sale, we were happy about that news when Karen told us that all the smoked ones were selling fast.

Venden todo tipo de ahumados: jamón de cerdo, pastrami,tocineta,alas de pollo entre otros. Tienen una variedad amplia. Les va bien con este tipo de comida para la venta, nos alegro esa noticia cuando Karen nos dijo que vendían rápido todos los ahumados.
