Is this a good time to make more posts?
I do not think it is a good time to make more posts. If you are a regular poster like me you can do as usual. But if you think you can get more HP if you post at current time your thought is wrong.
If you compare Hive price at 1$ and 0.5$ you will see what I mean. If you get 10$ in post payout when Hive price at 1$. You will only get 5$ at Hive price 0.5$. At 1$ you will get 2.5 HBD and 2.5 Hive. At 0.5$ you will get 1.25 HBD and 2.5 Hive. So the HP you will get is the same but you will get less HBD.

If Hive price at 2$ we will get more option. If convert 2.5 HBD to 1.25 Hive the result would be the same as Hive price 1$.
But most of the people will keep HBD and wait for the Hive price drop.
But there is some good things if you can post when Hive price drops. A lots of people will not post because of low payout. If you make your post at that time, you will get more upvotes because other people will not let their vote wasted in vain. Maybe you can acquire a regular supporter.
I still keep posting because I believe Hive price will up again. I want to be ready when Hive price up.

One is that you get to continué growing your audience and your followers which makes your long term growth that much easier.

I think you made a mistake with your calculation, you get 5 hive on a 5 dollar post. So it's therefore worth it when hive price rises
Hive at 0.5$. Payout is 13.22$
6.6 Hive will go to curator.
Author will get twice of 3.3 HBD and 6.6 Hive.
Hive at 1$
Payout will be 26.44$.

Oh, I get what you're saying. This is considering you get voted by the same people. A 10 dollar post then is a 5 dollar post now but with less HBD. I get your point. I thought you were comparing 5 dollar post now with a 5 dollar post then.

Indeed this is a good time to post regularly the price are low so you will get a good rewards in hive , hbd and more tokens too ❤️ so the low price of hive are kind of blessings for all the regular users who do posts daily and of investors too.

I think it's better to post when prices are down because you get more Hive and less HBD. There is a certain ratio depending on the actual price.
