A Perfect Battle Using Zeddica Against Thalgrimore
Hello Splinterlands players how are you, I hope you all must be doing well and your season must be going well there are about 9 days and 22 hours left for the season to end. And I hope your season will be good too my season is going well as compared to the last season I have not played that many matches yet but still I am getting good rewards because my ranking in the model is currently in Silver 2 due to which I am getting good words which are motivating me even more to play the game continuously. Maybe when the time comes I will buy a few more cards which will help me see improvement in my game. Actually today in many battles I did Garib did not get that good response but I am sharing one battle which I liked a lot and maybe you will also like that, rest you comment how you liked this battle, thank you.

As you can see, I was level 92 and could only use the Death and Dragon elements. Which was quite strange for me. The Death Summoner I had, Thalgrimor, was level 2, but I still don't know why I had to give him some Zeddika. Although my decision seemed wrong at the time, it gradually started to seem right to me. You can see which ruleset was used during the battle and you can get detailed information about it below.

Rulesets -:
- Standard -:
- No change to standard gameplay rules or mechanics.
- This is the only modifier available in Wood.

Summoner-:

|---|---|---|
| S.NO. | MY | OPPONENT |
| 1. | Zeddica (Lvl 1) | Thalgrimore (Lvl 4) |
Monsters-:
| Monsters | ||
|---|---|---|
| S.NO. | MY | OPPONENT |
| 1. | Helheim Demon (LVL 1) | Nim Guard Captain (LVL 4) |
| 2. | Great Bear Druid (LVL 1) | Sorrow Harvester (LVL 2) |
| 3. | Thraghun (LVL 1) | Vengeful Monk (LVL 2) |
| 4. | Mindless Thrall (LVL 1) | Lunaki Howler (LVL 3) |
| 5. | Gravebrand Warlock (LVL 1) | Spinetail Fiend (LVL 3) |
| 6. | Black Widow (LVL 1) | Moros Malik (LVL 2) |
You can see above that I and I use my cards. By the way, his opponent was summoner level 4, due to which he was a little worried about me, but then I saw what kind of card he was using, which was giving me a little relief.

You can see that by the time Round 2 came, one of the open cards had left the battlefield which was Neem Guard Captain. This card has the specialty that it reduces the attacking power of all the magic cards by one. So it proves to be quite beneficial, even though its attacking power is low but its other stats are quite good. If you have high power magic cards then it can inflict quick damage. Because mostly all the cards I have are magic, I was using some range attack cards as well. This resulted in significant card damage and he was eliminated from the battleground at the start of Round 2.

And by the end of Round 2, my first card, the Helheim Demon 👿, had also left the battlefield because it had the Taunt ability, due to which all the opponent's cards were attacking it first. His death was certain. The round was about to end, and you can see that the opponent had only four cards left, while I still had five cards in good condition.

By the end of Round 3, the opponent had only about two cards left and I was still in good shape with 5 cards. I benefited from this even though the opponent's summoner had reduced my health by one. But I had mostly all the magic cards which proved to be very beneficial for me and I use magic cards extensively whenever I get a chance. But this time I did not use all the magic cards, I was also using two range monsters.

As Round 4 ended, you could see that the opponent had only one card left, which was Moros Malik. It was a range attack card and had only the opportunity ability, due to which the first position marker could not launch any kind of attack. Even if he had any ability, it might not have been comparable to my five cards, because the health of my five cards was also good and their attacking power was also quite good compared to that card.
So how did you like this battle? Please share your thoughts in the comment section below. Thanks. Look, it seems to me that it does not depend on what level of cards the opponent has, if your strategy is good then victory is definitely yours and you can guess it from this battle.

I like duo Archon for low mana, 3 mana is not much and you can summon really good picks for higher mana, because you saved some mana before.
Good choice.
Congrats for victory!
Thanks You,tbh I don't have that much choice to I don't have all Summoners so 😅
Modern battle mein jahan almost unlimited mana cap thi aur koi ruleset bhi nahi tha waha aapne itne basic Archon ke sath simple si team kyun banai?
Kyunki opponent bhi to free tha.. agar wo is mauke ka fayeda uthata to result palat jata.
Main bas curiously puchh raha hoon, kya iske pichhe koi reason hai? Jaise ki kya aapko pata tha ki opponent bhi equal se cards ke sath hi aayega?
Bhai tbh I don't have that much summoners there. So there were only limited options for me 😅. Lucky he raha mai to esa he kahunga
I was honestly expecting the level 4 Thalgrimore to give u a much harder time. 😄 It was satisfying to see ur strategy work out instead. I have learned something new, higher-level cards don't always guarantee a win. GG! 👏🏻
Yes I was expecting the same , bur I was kind of lucky that the opponent didn't come with something else. 😅

Your post, “A Perfect Battle Using Zeddica Against Thalgrimore,” raises a useful question about how players turn an observation into a repeatable decision. Which constraint do you think matters most in practice—player experience, available cards, or the current ruleset—and what evidence would change your view? I would be interested in comparing that answer with actual battle or market data.
