Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

Now, most percentage of the population is health-conscious after the pandemic. That is really a good thing for sure and we all have seen many new talents from all over the world during the pandemic. I did learn a lot of things during the pandemic most of the time we all are at home so we all are free and we all do have internet connections on our phones.

The good thing I did notice is that most of the population is away from fast food (junk foods ), and start adding exercises to their daily routines. Now many are used to fo that I used to do that a lot but now it is getting really hard for me to start that again I want to but I can't. I am making some kind of motivation to do that for sure.

I do have one thing on my wishlist I am not sure when I will start that but I will for sure. I want to buy a cycle and start daily at least 10km cycling with my few friends.

Cycling and running are considered the best exercise for the whole body. I don't want to be a muscular one but do wnat to be fit and I am daam sure that I can achieve that without even joining any Gym for sure. Just have been regular and punctual for that. That's it, seems like an easy job to do but that is not at all an easy job for sure.

I do think cycling is really great for sure, I do know a few people from my town who are really good at cycling and they are traveling from one city to another city and sure they all will make a record of that. It is not an easy job to travel on a bicycle from one city to another with a very less amount of money. I am planning to make a record, 😅 but sure I will try to make a trip weekly when I will buy a bicycle he hee.
