mismanagement and lack of leadership.

Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

It doesn't matter whatever we do or wherever we all work management needs necessary, and lack of management and leadership leads to demolishing the company or the organization. Management is the key and most important part of anything we do see things around. Even a small shopkeeper and a big businessman do the same things to make their differences the only difference is that the businessmen do wons salary paid works for much particular work. To run a big company we do need a very responsible person an irresponsible person can vanish a company from the market if he does have intentions to do and can make it to the top 10 or maybe in the top 1, form their commutative companies.

The small businessman is a one-man army for his company and he has to do all the things by him/herself. But in a company, there are people assigned for each department and that is really handy for sure no doubt.

Today I had to work for almost 12 hours at my workplace although my work was complete, I do help others after that and most of us there there do the same, but I am really fed up by the manager and owner of the company really.🙂
Due to their mismanagement we have to wp=okr for late night ost of the day, I do feel bad and angry for that and that is really obvious. I am sure you will do the same if you were me.🙃

what is the work of the manager, of course, to make the work if the others have to do that work then what is there need in the company, did that happen in all the companies? I doubt that did happen.

Not all have to be there late at night only those who nearby have to be there if anything went wrong or if there is urgent work to do. sometimes it is really a pain in the ass.

Sometimes I really do want to quit but unfortunately, I can't do that I have to work you can say that it is my compulsion to work there. I don't have any options rather than that. I do love to work there but still, sometimes it is really hard to do that.
No one really cares how hard you have worked for the entire day or months if there will a mistake then you have to hear a lot of things from your boss and manager.🙂
No one will help you that time, there are few who stood up for you but not all do that. (sad reality). People are really to grab your leg and climb up.
