Actually, exams are conducted to ensure whether the child is capable of going to the next class or not. If his marks are less then he is asked to repeat the class again. If you are in a lower class then all these things do not happen. If you are in a higher class then you have to repeat whatever process is there. Many times, some people, if they get low marks in their exams, repeat the class themselves because they don't want it to have a major impact on their future career. Earlier, I also used to think that one should get good marks and if you don't get good marks then you will not be able to achieve success in life and who knows what else. See, your thoughts are based on the people around you, so maybe I also had the same thoughts at that time and I also used to think that maybe numbers are everything and if my numbers are less or come less then I will be in a lot of trouble in the future.

Now my thinking has completely changed and now I feel that your marks do not matter much to you, yes for some time people care a lot about all these things but above all they see what skills you have and how successful you are in life. You must have often seen that many people who get good marks and are very good in studies, they get happy just by getting a job, they get satisfaction by getting a government job, but those people who are not so much interested in studies, they are very good in other things and you must have often seen this. So nowadays it is such a time that you should work on your skills and keep developing them, if you can do this then you too can achieve something.

See, having practical knowledge of anything is one thing and having theoretical knowledge is a wrong thing. If you know something practically well, then things change a lot for you and you are able to achieve a lot. After a certain age in your life, you feel that your skills matter a lot, many times more than your marks. If you are skilled, then all these things do not matter and you can achieve a lot easily.

I tell them, "Look, you should do what you feel is right and what you're interested in. If you succumb to pressure and choose a field that doesn't interest you, it won't be good for you, and you'll regret it later." But if you choose your favorite field, things will become much easier for you, and you will pursue it with complete interest and get very good results. And nowadays, you have so many resources available for gaining knowledge, and you can achieve a lot for free.

You just have to focus more on your skills which will be beneficial for you.
