selling house 😥

Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

It doesn't matter if we own a house or we do live for rent we did connect with the house and the place. It uses took some time to get adjusted to the neighbor for sure. but once you are set then things did get better for sure.
Btw I (we) are not selling a house, we did buy an old one a few months back and we do own a house in the main market but still my after did a good offer of an old house and he didn't miss the chance that is really a good place to buy. The good thing is the place is near to our house. I did contribute a small amount to that it feels great though 😇.

The house owner was a known person he has a house in a different city so he did sell the house to us, to be honest, we did get a really good deal before others even know about that we did grab the chance> I do say we did get lucky for that. Many peoples were willing to give double the money we did pay for the house due to the location I will share the photos with you when it will get painted and renewed. we are planning to rent it after that it is good to have a rental income. let's see how things will go.

Today after my office I was busy with the old house owner with the poaching I did feel bad and I did get emotional when I entered the house. I did remember the old memories of the house 😌. How time did pass we didn't realize. Time did stop for anyone, it did slip like sand from our hands and we just stand at a place and see it passing. The only thing left with us is the memories of that time we did store them in form of videos or photos and did enjoy and do remember the moments of that time we all do have a faded memories of that time.

We did get attached to the place where we do live it is really hard to forget about all the things in a few days or months. If you have spent your entire life there and now you have to sell how you will feel? I haven't thought never that we will get that house one day, but sometimes things did happen all of sudden for the better good I guess.

Where others are selling their old houses and going to the big cities my father and I personally love to live a simple life in the village and small town.
Buying property and a house is really a good form of investment indeed. we have to do a lot of work there but still, we did get a better deal.

I still remember the days when we used to change the house to find a good house. It is really hard to find a good house with a good caretaker or owner now we are an owner of a house in a marketplace 😇
The good things do take time to happen, we just have to be patient and for our turn.
