We are all busy with the outside world or you can say the things that keep us busy and entrain the whole day. If you have wifi then there is no limit for you. We all do try to find happiness outside the world and yes sure we did find that in many things we do love but it is all emptiness. did you feel that too?
I did feel that a lot.
Those who are away from all the external things they are busy and happy with their own things. They did find joy in themselves they don't need anything else to make them happy. do you know someone like that, I am sure you all do? there are many saints and monks we all have seen around us it doesn't matter where we live they are everywhere and just trying to share the spiritual things with the world without any greed. Of course, many companies are making good money from that. 🙂(That is what businesses men do for sure.) selling and earning for sure.
I do believe that we all can do that in our daily life too, you don't have to leave all the things behind (not like that 😇). Just sit for a few minutes, relax and breathe that's it. It seems to be simple but it is not an easy task to do. If you test your self just try that and you will know.
It is really hard to do simple things. (not all of course)
It is better to get lost inside rather than the mean people, It is
not easy to find someone decent that easily but if you are a lot in yourself then there is no need for others in your life.
Is that even possible, the monks have to do years of medication and sadhna to achive that so it is not an easy thing to do.
