Today is #Ganesh Chaturthi if you are from #India you know about this is a very famous #festival of #Hindus in #India it is more famous in #Maharashtra, in my state it is not that much popular like it is there. The celebration with joy and enjoyment.
By the way, today is Lord Ganesha's bitrthday as per the mythological stories we all have heard. Lord Ganesha is a symbol of the power of wisdom. In Hinduism, Ganesha is worshiped first in any worship-ritual or auspicious work.
Before every celebration, we used to have a Ganesh pooja to worship lord Ganesha. He is worshiped above all the gods and it is all decided by all the gods and goddesses.
Lord Ganesh is a unique creator. He wrote the Mahabharata (you are familiar if you have heard about Bhagavad Gita )without stopping, so he can also be considered the god of writing work. They have great relevance in modern contexts as well.
