What If the World Had No Wars, Borders, or Taxes?
Look, everyone imagines that they live in such a beautiful world where everything is peaceful and there is happiness everywhere, but perhaps not everyone thinks like this, there are people with different thoughts too. Think, if there is peace everywhere in the world, then what will happen to the UN companies which make weapons or which sell arms or what will happen to those who do the work of destruction. Look, there is nothing wrong in imagining an ideal world, but it is almost impossible to make it happen, where everything is peaceful and there is no problem of any kind, people live happily and peacefully, if this could be possible then perhaps it would be much better, but I do not think that it is possible right now. But if this could happen for some reason then perhaps it would be a lot more fun and we would not need to worry about anything, neither any kind of trade war, nor any war, nor anything. Look at it this way, a lot of money comes from every single country and maybe it can happen, there would be no borders anywhere in the world, anyone could go anywhere freely, there would be no taxes, just imagine such a world, it gives a very pleasant experience.

Well, everyone would like to live in a world where all kinds of comforts and luxuries are available and there is no suffering of any kind, but this is not possible, but if this were the case then I think people would become very lazy. You see, when everything goes in our favor then we become very lazy and then we do not try anything new. Look ATI, if there was no world war, then probably many innovations would not have happened and the same is true for other things as well. If there was no competition in the whole world, then so many companies would not have been established. People have different types of hunger, some people want fame, some people want money, everyone has different desires. Look, there is nothing wrong in imagining happiness and peace in the world, but it seems like a fable sometimes to imagine all these things.
Look, geo politics is very busy if you look at it carefully and everyone wants to dominate the whole world and there are some countries which have a lot of influence all over the world and you know which countries they are. Look, it seems to me that if everyone talks about an ideal world then maybe there will be peace and everything will be easily available to the people, there will not be much struggle to do and it will be a very good environment overall. But I think that not everyone wants this. Look, this may be my thinking, the person who is different may have different thoughts, they may like balance or they may like something which I may not like, that may be the ideal world for them.

So, there can be an ideal world for everyone, but I believe that if everything is available to you ideally, then you stop reasoning, in such a situation there is no competition and then you do not get to see development. Many things happen under pressure and somewhere everything happens as per someone's wish, many times it happens that without any pressure we do such things which perhaps we would not be able to do normally. When there were world wars, people were not given different types of memories at that time and this used to be very cruel. And at that time, experiments were also conducted on many people, due to which many diseases can be cured today, and many experiments were also conducted at that time, both mentally and physically.
There is nothing wrong in imagining an ideal world, but look at it, many things are required to make it possible, and it seems very difficult to please the entire world, and looking at the current situation, it has become even more difficult. Probably everyone imagines how they would like to live in a world where all kinds of comforts and amenities are available to them, but not everyone gets such a privilege. Look, it's quite easy to imagine a perfect world, but it can take a lot of time to get there. I think many factors matter, and it's very important to have everyone's consent, which seems quite possible to me. What do you think about this?

Great post bhattg.
I think there was an experiment conducted on rats where there will be some rats in an enclosed area where their daily needs are met sufficiently and it's like a heaven for rats. But what the rats do in that heaven, they find ways to pass time in barbaric methods and within ten generations of the rats in that enclosed area were all dead which I don't remember exactly. But that experiment showed us what would we become if our every needs were met without any problems.
Probably the world would progress faster and do more good.
The idea of an ideal world has always fascinated us. A place where everyone lives in harmony, every problem has been solved, every disease cured, every conflict erased and every desire fulfilled. At the surface level, it sounds like the ultimate destination for humanity. However, the word "every" is the problem. Humanity needs to differentiate between the need and the desires, not everything is ideal. Even everyone has their own concept of an ideal world. For some, it is a luxurious world; for a patient, it will be healthy life.
You have done justice with the words. A world without challenge will be "lazy". Without obstacles, there is nothing to strive for. This is almost an absolute truth. We, humans, seem to grow because we feel challenged. Removing mountains will result in climbing losing its meaning.
Moreover, challenge, in general sense, is the basic chore of human life, without it, there is no purpose at all. But, there is a problem. We have humans have taken this challenge thing as some sort of exitensial crisis. As an example, climate change is an issue impacting each and every one of us. yet, we continue to focus more on making bombs, missiles, nukes etc. Not just making, the same creature is using it over the same fellow creature.
Main agenda should revolve around, we all being "opponents and not enemies". Just like in football, everyone is literally giving their best to score and win - without killing one another. In this scenario, challenge does exist but in a positive manner. Then, there are STEM fields. Even the world of nukes has positive use i.e. for civillian purposes.
How about being rivals? What if the world adopted that mindset?
At least for now, magine countries competing for the things which truly matters - cleaner energy, an end to (extreme) poverty, or maybe, next scientific breakthrough. Competition is still there, and ambition will still exist. There will be winners and losers. But humanity as a whole would keep moving forward instead of tearing itself apart.
So, I do not dreams of a world without any competition or challenge. I dream of a world where we stop treating one another as enemies and start seeing each other as rivals. We really need to understand the difference between these two terms. An opponent pushes you to become better. An enemy convinces you that one has to fall for other to rise.
And thanks to history, we already know which of those two ideas costs humanity the most.
At the end of the day, we all are the citizens of this world.
I agree that imagining a world without wars or borders sounds peaceful but making it a reality would be incredibly difficult because people have different interests, beliefs and ambitions. Maybe, if we could leave behind the beliefs then other things wouldn't be this difficult to control, if we learn to accept each others perspective and not let some books divide us then maybe it's possible. However challenges makes the innovation take place. But I don't think wars are necessary for progress like why should we fight when we can live in peace? I do believe competition and the desire to improve have pushed humanity to achieve amazing things. Personally, I think people should make football the way of deciding who is going to win the war lol. It's a fun way don't you think? 😂 I would rather see countries compete in science and technology instead of conflict. That way, we could still have innovation without all the suffering.
