My cousin put a sea urchin on the wooden letchon tray. Because the try is empty and we already ate the roasted pig during our lunch in the island.

We also bring a coconut vinegar as a sauce when we eat a sea urchin together with the rice.

When we caught the sea urchin in the sea floor it wraps in a small stone and also the grass in the ocean.

We cut it in a half and this is what it looks like. It tastes sweet when the sea urchin is fresh and eat directly after they caught it in the ocean.

Hello everyone. I wanted to share our photos that we ate a raw sea urchin and hanging rice that we made at home. We usually eating rice in every meal, Because we used to it since i was young specially when we are in the ocean finding sea foods. This term is also called in my own dialect "kinilaw na salawaki" kinilaw means in english is "raw".

Well not all asian would love to eat a sea urchin specially those people living in the city .As far as i know only people eating sea urchin whos living in a province areas or living near at the ocean.

During our trip in the island of sumilon my cousin found a plenty of sea urchin when he snorkling underwater. So he decided to picked it in the sea floor and bring us so we have a snack before we going home. Because most of us are hungry after we swim for a long period of time that we stay in the island . We ate happily and we bring home the left overs of the sea urchin so that we can share it in our family back home.
Thanks for reading to my fellow hivers have a nice weekend to you all.
