My book of the weekend

Happy weekend people.

Today, I will be talking about the book I am currently reading at the moment.

I decided, to build a habit of reading a book a week because I heard that most of the top people in any field try to read a book a week and this helps them to grow at a rate of about 14% a year. I also heard that those who dont read at all grow at 0.5% a year in terms of knowledge and so they are not able to top in their various fields.

The name of the book I am currently reading Think and grow rich by Napoleon hill. I chose to read this book because a young 24-year-old YouTuber who I admire a lot recommended it. The boy was a cobbler who became a multimillionaire in a short period. The young boy claimed he was able to build a million dollars from the principles he encountered in this book.

Another reason why I started reading this book was its accessibility. @ebingo bought this book about two years ago and dumped it in our room. I stole it and travelled with it to my place of work. I didn't know when I was going to read it at the time I stole it.

But here we are, I am so engrossed in the book already.

if I was to recommend a book to anybody starting in life, it definitely will be this book

First, I love the history of the book. It happened that the author was given an offer to interview the world's most successful people. I don't think most people will take this offer but he took it and then began to interview them and this was the origin of the book think and grow rich.

Another reason I love this book is how practical it is. You can relate to every part of this book. There are some parts of the book that feels so real. For example, there is a part of the book that talks about the 31 causes of failure. When you read this part of the book, if you are not accomplishing things, you are most likely going to relate to some of the reasons. You will also find the book very enlightening.

Finally, I love the stories in this book<. The stories have a way of pointing to the overall concept of being rich.
I think most of the stories about Henry Ford seem to get me all the time. Henry Ford was such a successful man in his industry that most of the principles of why he succeeded followed his story. He made decisions fast and knew what he wanted at almost every time in his life. A mother story, I liked was about Andrew Carnegie. How he became the most influential person in the steel industry. His story was another story that struck me.

I intend on finishing this book by Tuesday. I have been reading this book for too. Long. Funny enough, I have been combining the audiobook and the hardcopy book but I am still not fast enough.

After reading this book, I intend to read a book on either sales or public speaking. I think I will go with sales and I will be reading traffic secrets by Russel Brunson. I read this book when I was about to start affiliate marketing and I think I want to re-read it again.

You're a huge fan of books, I've discovered that my attention span is insanely low, reading hasn't been my strongest suit but I discovered that I could become better, consolidating my ideologies and patenting my thoughts if I read more. But crazily, I just shy away. Hahaha. I was a voracious reader as a teenager, life happened.

Thank you so much.

First, I think your attention span can be worked on. However, I don't think your attention span is low for someone that writes two to three times a day.

Thank you for stopping by sir.

It is much appreciated

Nahhh, I mostly write once a day. Occasionally two. However, if a work isn't captivating enough, I lose the vibe to read and whatever I might potentially gain from that book. But, I'm trying to work on it.
