Healthy water(Dağ Tekke Village) 🚰⛲ Şifalı Su (Dağ Tekke Köyü)

I wish everyone a healthy day, friends. As you know, there is a flu epidemic these days because of the cold. Me and my wife recently had the flu. We wanted to leave ourselves to the Aegean villages that smell of olives and pines, taking advantage of the fact that Izmir was sunny yesterday. Before we set off, we decided to go to Dağtekke Village. This village is connected to Torbalı district and is about 40 kilometers from my house. Before we set off, we took a few cans and thermos with us.

Herkese sağlıklı günler diliyorum arkadaşlar. Malum bu aralar soğuklar yüzünden grip salgını var. Ben ve eşim yakın zamanlarda grip atlattık. Dün İzmir'in güneşli olmasını fırsat bilerek kendimizi zeytin ve çam kokan Ege köylerine bırakmak istedik. Yola çıkmadan önce Dağtekke Köyü'ne gitmeye karar verdik. Bu köy Torbalı ilçesine bağlı ve benim evime yaklaşık 40 kilometre uzaklıkta. Yola çıkmadan önce yanımıza bir kaç tane bidon ve termosumuzu aldık.

After a short while, we entered the village by passing under the glass trees. We parked the car in the village square. We breathed fresh air as soon as we got out of the vehicle. We really missed the clean mountain air. We took a little walk in the village. I was fascinated by the image of the ivy embracing the body of the trees that took off its dress in autumn, and I took my hat off to this love with respect.

Kısa bir süre sonra cam ağaçlarının altından geçerek köye giriş yaptık. Arabayı köy meydanına park ettik. Araçtan inen inmez temiz havayı soluduk. Gerçekten temiz dağ havasını çok özlemiştik. Köyün içinde ufak bir yürüyüş yaptık. Sonbaharda elbisesini çıkaran ağaçların bedeniyle kucaklaşan sarmaşığın görüntüsü karşısında hayran kaldım ve bu aşka saygıyla şapka çıkardım. 🥰

There are places to go to eat in the village. When you come here, I recommend you to consume products prepared in wood fire. Especially the taste of tea was very good. Also, the staff here are very friendly people. They certainly do not treat foreigners as foreigners. This situation is actually valid in most parts of the Aegean Region.

Köyün içerisinde yemek yemek için gidilebilecek mekanlar var. Buraya geldiğiniz zaman odun ateşinde hazırlanan ürünleri tüketmenizi tavsiye ederim. Özellikle çayın tadı çok güzeldi. Ayrıca buranın çalışanları çok sıcak kanlı insanlar. Kesinlikle dışarıdan gelen insanlara yabancı muamelesi yapmıyorlar. Bu durum aslında Ege Bölgesi'nin çoğu yerinde geçerli.

Şimdi sizlere bu köyü ön plana çıkaran detaydan bahsedeceğim. Burada meydanda bir köy çeşmesi var. Bu köy çeşmesinin özelliği ise suyunun şifalı olması. Özellikle böbrek taşı düşürme konusunda çok faydalı olduğu söyleniyor. Ben İzmir'e ilk geldiğim zamanlar böbrek taşı problemim vardı. İş yerinde mesai arkadaşlarım bana bu köyün suyundan bahsetmişlerdi. Ben o dönemlerde de gelip buradan su almıştım. Suyun tadı, hafif şekerli gibi ama içimi çok yumuşaktı. En azından ben öyle hissettim. 😅

Now I will tell you about the detail that makes this village stand out. There is a village fountain in the square here. The peculiarity of this village fountain is that its water is healing. It is said to be very useful, especially in reducing kidney stones. When I first came to Izmir, I had a kidney stone problem. My colleagues at work told me about the water of this village. I used to come and get water from here at that time. The water tasted like a little sugar, but it was very soft inside. At least that's how I felt. 😅

Her zaman yaptığım gibi organik ürünlerin halkla buluştuğu tezgahların önüne attım kendimi. Bu ürünleri görmek beni her zaman heyecanlandırıyor. 🤌 Bir teyze ve amca küçük bir ateş yakmıştı. Bu ateşte civardan yeni topladığı kestaneleri pişiriyorlardı. Kokusu buram buram etrafa yayılmıştı. 😋

When it was time to set off, we filled our water. We placed the bins behind the vehicle. 🙃 The water flowing from this fountain is given so much importance that it is desired to use a different fountain for washing. After I left, @ahmetay came to my mind. He also talked about the water being filled from the fountain and the memories in one of his articles. I wouldn't be lying if I said I had similar feelings.

Artık yola çıkma zamanı yaklaşınca suyumuzu doldurduk. Bidonları aracın arkasına yerleştirdik. 🙃 Bu çeşmeden akan suya o kadar önem veriliyor ki yıkama yapmak için farklı bir çeşme kullanılması isteniyor. Yola çıktıktan sonra aklıma @ahmetay geldi. O da bir yazısında çeşmeden doldurulan su ve anılardan bahsetmişti. Benzer duyguları yaşadığımı söylesem yalan söylemiş olmam.

I was sad when I left the village. I looked in the mirror once again at this cute place. My wife and I will most likely live in such a village in our old age. Neither far nor close to the centre. I hope that all the villages will not be destroyed by the influence of man until then.

Köyden ayrılırken hüzünlendim. Aynadan bir kez daha baktım bu şirin yere. Eşim ve ben büyük ihtimalle yaşlılığımızda böyle bir köyde yaşayacağız. Ne merkeze uzak nede yakın. Umarım o zamana kadar bütün köyler insanın etkisi altına kalıp bozulmaz.
