Good day to you all on this lovely day, I hope it's a great day with you as well at your end, I wish you a peaceful and productive day as you engage in your daily activities. Today I will be sharing with you the making of this simple card wallet I made from a piece of fabric for the save keeping of our cards from peeling off and for easy access when needed.

Some of us have different cards we go out with and we so much desire to have them kept in a safe place but these little and useful items are so expensive in the market that is even when you can get them, sometimes they are very scare to get, do not worry, I have come to share with you how you can make yours from that little piece of fabric you are thinking of disposing, join me as I take you through the cutting and sewing process of making a simple card wallet here.

Let's get started

I brought out a piece of fabric and measured out 9 x 12 inches with lining

From the left and right side, I measured 4 x 3 inches and it was cut out while I made a little curve at the top of the center I left

I placed the lining on the right side of the main fabric and it was sewn together leaving an opening at the bottom from where it will be turned inside out

It was sewn round following the shape of the fabric, then i turned it to the right side and top stitched round.

I folded it in two and I marked 2 inches inward from the side and it was sewn downward

I opened it up and ironed it neatly

Then I folded it up by 3 inches to meet the tip of the other side

The sides were sewn together to make it firm and I fixed a pressing button on both sides of the flip cover with my hand needle and thread to secure the items in it

As simple as that, this is the final and beautiful outcome with some of my cards well fixed in it
