Glory be to God for sound health and mind, it is a privilege to be alive this beautiful morning and I believe you too are doing great.

Just as I love doing, I will be sharing with you today the process of making an A-LINE long gown for a little girl (Favour).

Favour is a little girl who has been with my cousin since she was 3years old, she is hard working even as a little child as she loves to join the older ones to do whatever chores they are doing in the house, she is obedient and intelligent as she always comes first in her class position, everybody likes her so much.

Now that Favour is 11, her parents suddenly made up their minds that it's time for her to come back home to the village, it was shocking and a surprise to us all but my cousin had no choice then to let her go, Favour was not happy with the decision taken by her because she leaving the town to a village where things are totally different.

When I heard about her leaving, I decided to make a simple gown for her as a gift with other things as well.

Although, the fabric was not much but I always found my way around such 😄😄😄😄😄😄

After cutting out the A-LINE gown, I added a little lace fabric to the chest line and also to the sleeves as cold sleeves that was all. The neckline and armhole will be pipe with a bias tape to give it a neat finishing.

I wish her safe journey back home and a better future ahead.
