High Volatility Expected For The Foreseeable Future

It might sound like a bad thing but it could equally be a good thing. High volatility happens when the price between buy and sell orders has a rather large gap and there's not much holding up either end in terms of volume.

This is exactly what we are starting to see as many people are exiting out of exchanges, exchanges are moving (Such as Binance recently moving out of Canada)

This along with the massive crackdown which has been happening on crypto and the increasing battle between government, business and every day people is escalating quickly. It's rather disappointing to me that the vast majority of the population and business want crypto around while the small government continues to attack the heck out of it. It really goes to show you just how lop sided and overly abusive power the USA government has become in just my lifetime.

All of these factors will and are creating high volatility in the systems of crypto and we very well might be seeing a major exit out of exchanges into other places. Either people holding on to their funds, buying up other assets or possibly dumping into defi soon.

What we seem to be seeing so far if you look at the ask spreads across various crypto exchanges it a move into Gemini of all places. It begs the question why this exchange has not really come under fire while other majors have.

Binance Leaving Canada

It's clear now that Binance will be ceasing operations in Canada as the regulatory environment becomes increasing brutal to crypto. I don't exactly know all the fine details of Canada and now their government is attacking or going after crypto so if you live there and want to share a little inside scoop on that I'd love to hear it in the comments.

It seems like the major push back has been around stablecoins and might be something we see in the USA. I warned you all stablecoins would be the fall of crypto as it gives the government and other regulatory authority to come in and take action because it's their currency being traded.

While the owner of Binance CZ is in fact a Canadian citizen he spends half his time in France and the other half in Dubai.

The company has recently come under heavy fire from allowing Russia and other countries to circumvent the terrorist financing.

I love how this is always a thing with these regulators when the USD paper money is one of the most used and traded things in terrorist activates. That or leaving billions of dollars worth of equipment and abounding it for terrorist to take but yeah you know that's ok for some reason?

All of this is painting a picture of high volatility in the crypto markets in which smaller amounts of money can either drive up the price or drive it down. We saw this aggressively happen just before the last bull run of 2020.
