What I did was buy all of my cards and nothing from the market. From the looks of it I didn't get very lucky for any rare type cards.
I don't agree with this statement as you are pretty lucky to get 3 banks, 1 Casino, 1 Airport. Those buildings are one with highest income and pretty rare.
And those 3 Garbage dumps, you will love them when you have at least 25 types of cards as they will give you positive popularity after having 25 different cards.
Those restrooms will rise in price in future update as teaser has already been given about them. So I think you are pretty lucky.
For population just get some from market. I just saw your city so 2.5 Apartments would be enough to cover for your population needs, You can go for either 3 apartments (this can give you some unemployment) or 2 Apartments and 2-3 Basic homes. That would cost you not more than 12 hive I guess.
For Earning hive, if your city is in top 400 cities by population, you get daily hive payout. So that's nice. Also if you want to reach 8000 SIM target, it means you should have 30 day average holding of 8000 SIM or more to get those rewards.
