Late Night Hive Goals

With being a little MIA and not fully active around hive or online I wanted to do a little test run and see how cutting back some of my work load looked in terms of being more efficient and also if the payout was the same or maybe even higher. Let's dive into the changes I made this week and how that all played out.

Instead of looking 10+ hour days on the computer I got out a little more. I rested a little more and I visited some family and friends as well as some other odd and end projects. It cut my work time down to roughly 6 hours a day which is a pretty drastic decrees in my online time. But let's be honest none of us want to be working 10+ hours all the time even if you do love what you do. You still want time to take a break and enjoy the other things life has to offer.

Also quick note LPUD (Leo Power Up Day) is just 5 days away July 15th and lots of great prizes are up for grabs again.

Hive

This climbed on me again by 3 hive per day more needed daily. I guess most of my hope reminds in that Q3 but mainly Q4 Splinterlands will have a price turn around on vouchers and packs that will be dumped into Hive and hopefully the price of Hive at that time is down. I believe each pack should go for $15+ once sold out. This should line us up with a serious amount of either rental income or pack sale income later this year. My hopes are in the next land rally just before release that a land plot might go for $2,000+ In which case I'll sell the plots I have and simply keep the tract of land I have which is 100 plots plus a keep. I feel that should be a solid amount of land to make things still move smoothly in the game while also collecting some profits. Perhaps I should have sold at the last rally but time will tell.

IDK what it is but the normal graph I often do seems to be funky and not reporting right anymore so I'm going to hold off on that again for this month to try and figure out what's going on there.

Came back with a small decrease of about 1 leo less needed daily which is progress. Not at the level I would like however with less work this is promising!

Once I hit that goal I want to transition a lot more into the DeFi space and change that 10% APR into 30% etc. I feel if I really want to make some serious moves that the higher APR is going to be needed in order to start gaining traction fast and get ahead of things. Depended on when the next rally happens will also depend on when I buy a plot of land and build my own homestead. While I also said I would buy my own island a large land plot of which I can do just about anything with and build on is something that seems much more reasonable and worth doing. I hope to do that within the next three years to have it completed, built, working online a bit less and primarily making a large enough passive income from investments. My hopes are the last 5 years of hive and investments there along with the next 2-3 years in it pave the way for the future to become a realty.

In any case now that I'm back I'm going to take this week to get reset and on the fast track again but around July 15th this weekend coming up I'll be initiating a plan to promote hive and hive systems. A program I wanted to get support for but realized I most likely would quickly be turned down. Instead I'll do progress reports and updates and the votes from the hive community will determine the success or if people want me to continue doing so. There are expenses involved however they are minor because of business connections I've made over the years. Many programs/products used for this marketing run $100+ a month but I end up getting at no cost which I'll be putting towards hives and leos growth.
