Twitter, Doge, NFTs and Crypto

Unless you've been living under a rock you know by now that Elon Musk has taken over twitter and fired much of the staff. While some are up in arms about it those of us who understand running a business that very often companies get bloated with lazy workers or ones that worked hard but slacked off living the good life. Often companies have to restrict and downsize and that's why I firmly believe the best investment is in yourself and not the time and effort you put into a company. Sure you should do your work and help it become better but don't throw your life at it.

Twitter A Crypto Hub

The question that comes to mind now is how much of twitter and how fast Twitter could potentially be a huge onboarding of crypto and in particular perhaps Dogecoin which has always been in the spotlight with Elon.

But that's not all. We know there was a push to include NFTs into the profile mix along with a rather large number of crypto users using twitter. There was of course that small group of cancelers trying to shut down NFTs because they waste too much power and honestly all Twitter was starting to become was a huge complaining cancel culture that was going one side political to the point it honestly made me stop using it and I believe many others.

Perhaps with these new changes if done quick enough and with enough publicity could spark a even playing field on the platform again. It's either going to burn in a chaos of fire from people and their politics (which seriously just makes me laugh anymore they must be some seriously unhappy people) or people might finally get a clue that just believe you believe in something or someone does not make you as a person a bad person and you can be civil with each other.

Doge

The news of Elon taking over Twitter has sparked Dogecoin into a massive rally.

Just the news alone has propped up Dogecoin and nothings actully been implemented. It goes to show you how crazy the markets still are and jump all over headlines of news over real development.

NFTs

The next thing I wonder is if Twitter will double down on NFTs perhaps building it's own marketplace with their own NFTs and avatars or specials that can be added to twitter profiles. Maybe something like Reddit did with their Snoo's which I wrote about here Reddit Collectible NFT Avatars

This could lead the way for massive crypto adoption as well as transfers of wealth and ownership of wealth in the increasingly digital world we find ourselves in.

Crypto

Twitter now presents the very real possibility of easier access and adoption of it around the world. This most likely will take some time as the company will be going under major restructuring however it does open up the possibility and a quick action move while momentum is hot about the recent buy out.
