The Media on this weeks market made me chuckle

I read an article that was like "Bitcoin PLUNGED below 18 grand to 17 grand!" and I can't help but wonder, "Ok, and?" Of course, the concern is there because they are over hyping it like they know what they are talking about. I knew better. The truth is it has plunged below 18 grand at least 6 times this week. Where's it at now? $18,306.58 +/- so we can also say it SKYROCKETED to above 18 grand.

It is still volatile but a plunge would be a repeat of 3 years ago when it plunged below 10k. That's a plunge and I am very doubtful it will happen again. People said the bitcoin bubble had finally burst. Bitcoin was dead. Game over, man. Yet here we are.

Now with Ethereum breaking records, I'd say Eth is well on its way to the 10k mark if not more and will probably have a similar up and down trend as bitcoin did when it first hit 10k.

I think a 30-50k bitcoin is just around the corner.

I suck at reading short term graphs but I think we can all see the pattern in terms of the long term graphs. It is evident that we are due for another spike and the days of a $10,000 bitcoin could be long gone. I think they are. I called it when bitcoin surpassed 1k, and I can find proof on my facebook feed if anyone wants it :)

I have always seen the massive value of cryptocurrencies. These days we have cryptocurrencies within cryptocurrencies and some of those currencies are in the form of game assets. So the future of gaming is right here, rolling along with the future of money, and I am taking part. It's like the days when the internet was new, along with ebay and google. Just think your candy crush saga in-game currency is worth money because the company who runs it says so and they can distribute as much of it as they want, and its only value is within the game. Now think of a digital token with a real-world global application that is limited, secure, and encrypted with cryptography which makes it nearly impossible to counterfeit or double-spend. I am yet to see a bitcoin be counterfeited.
