Our Garden

Hello dear friends. If you remember, about 2 months ago, I shared the seedlings from my mother's garden with you. They have all grown now. Yesterday, I visited my mother again and I want to share the final state of the garden with you.

The plant we had to hide behind this net is raspberry. The fruits are very delicious, but it seems they are not just for us, but also for the sparrows. There are a lot of sparrows this year. And when they are not picked in the morning, they eat up all the fruits during the day. So, my mother found a solution in hiding them behind the net. We don't understand why there are so many sparrows here. The neighbor has a water well, and they come there to feed. Maybe it's affecting us because we are close by.

The leaves of the raspberries have turned slightly yellow. We don't know the exact reason. My mother thinks it might be related to watering.

If you remember, I mentioned that there are several types of tomatoes. They have all grown. Harvest time will come soon. But one of their varieties also has a yellowing issue. We don't know exactly why it's happening. My mother thinks something might be missing. She has started to investigate the cause.

Peppers were very few this year. They have already grown. They have found their place in salads.

A different type of tomato. The leaves seem as if they have faded, but this is their normal state. They are my mother's favorite because they are very big. It's her first time trying them, and she's very pleased.

These are cluster tomato varieties. There are different types, long and round. Some of them have already started to turn red; they will ripen soon. Clusters after clusters, like grapes.

We are trying a new type of zuccini, but it doesn't seem to be very productive.

Cucumbers are yielding a lot of produce this year. They were sick last year, and since the result wasn't good, we are trying a new variety this time. They grow very fast. Tiny cucumbers wait to be plucked and enjoyed in just a few days.

The plum tree is also bearing a lot of fruit this year. They are about to ripen.

The grapes haven't ripened yet.

Blackberries are in full season. I love them, and I'm very glad I arrived just in time before the season ended.
