Well it seems like a kind of perfect day for some lazy day kind of meal , they can be so easy and delicious , they are not probably not too healthy but damn they taste good and I enjoyed it..
Ingredients :
You need 2.5 cups of Ap flour
You need 4 tsp baking powder
You need 4 tsp sugar
You need 2 tsp salt
Two cups of buttermilk
One stick of melted butter..
So lets make it..
1...First of all preheat your oven to 450 , place your stick of butter in a pan , and then put the pan in oven so that the butter will melt during the pre-
heat.
2...Time to combine the dry ingredients and then mix them up..
3...Add the buttermilk and start stirring until it combined , this would be our dough..
4..The next thing to do is that you will remove your pan of melted butter from the oven , and then you will pour the dough on top of the butter , spread until it becomes evenly around the pan , do not actually stir to combine the butter and the dough..
5... Cut the raw dough with a sharp knife in order to divide before you will place the pan in the oven..
6... Bake for 20-25 minutes
7...Then remove and allow it to stay cool before you start cutting it , but do not wait too long though..
