Ya estamos con los preparativos navideños, para tenerlos listos en Diciembre. El tiempo pasa volando amigos.

Tengo la idea de rodear el árbol de pequeños personajes navideños, así que esta mañana me animé a hacer a la Señora Claus. 🎄

We are already with the Christmas preparations, to have them ready in December. Time is flying by my friends.

I have the idea to surround the tree with little Christmas characters, so this morning I was encouraged to make Mrs. Claus. 🎄

🍭 Materiales que utilicé:

• Tela suave color roja, blanca y marrón.

• Piedras de colores para pulsera.

• Algodón, o material de relleno.

• Pintura para tela, color blanca.

• Botella de plástico.

• Tijeras, hilo y agujas.

🍭 Materials I used:

• Soft fabric red, white and brown color.

• Colored stones for bracelet.

• Cotton, or stuffing material.

• Fabric paint, white color.

• Plastic bottle.

• Scissors, thread and needles.

La botella de plástico, en este caso sólo el pico de arriba, va a ayudar a que el vestido tenga esa forma ancha muy bonita.

The plastic bottle, in this case just the top spout, is going to help the dress have that nice wide shape.

Se debe recortar un círculo de tela roja, lo suficientemente grande que pueda cubrir la botella, ese será la falda del vestido.

Cut out a circle of red fabric, large enough to cover the bottle, that will be the skirt of the dress.

Después, al borde de este círculo se le cose un trozo de tela blanca, por alrededor.

Then, a piece of white cloth is sewn around the edge of this circle.

Para el cuerpo de la Señora Claus, se recorta y cose un pequeño rectángulo. Será doble tela roja, para después rellenar con algodón.

For the body of Mrs. Claus, cut out and sew a small rectangle. It will be double red fabric, and then stuffed with cotton.

Ya esta listo el cuerpo de la Señora Claus, hice la misma operación con tela blanca, para la cabeza.

The body of Mrs. Claus is ready, I did the same operation with white fabric for the head.

Para el cabello utilicé una tela de color claro, la cosí alrededor haciendo la forma de un peinado.

For the hair I used a light colored fabric, I sewed it around making the shape of a hairstyle.

Tengo este accesorio que siempre que lo veo en una tienda de telas no puedo resistirme a comprarlos, de verdad sirven para casi todo y son muy bonitos. En esta parte la agregué al moño de la Señora Claus.

Y sus ojos los hice con una costura de hilo negro. Ya con esto la parte principal de la muñeca está lista.

I have this accessory that whenever I see it in a fabric store I can't resist buying them, they really work for almost everything and are very pretty. In this part I added it to Mrs. Claus' bow.

And I made her eyes with a black thread stitch. Now the main part of the doll is ready.

Para los brazos utilicé dos tiras de tela roja, y piedras blancas para sus manos.

For the arms I used two strips of red fabric, and white stones for her hands.

Luego fijé las partes ya completadas, para armar la figura de la Señora Claus. Con dos puntos de pintura blanca le hice los botones.

Then I fixed the completed parts, to assemble the figure of Mrs. Claus. With two dots of white paint I made the buttons.

Y por último para la manta de la Señora Claus, solo recorté un rectángulo de tela.

And finally for the Mrs. Claus blanket, I just cut out a rectangle of fabric.

Ya está lista la Señora Claus para Navidad.

Mrs. Claus is ready for Christmas.
