WOO : A History of Events (50) — "The Day WOO's First Ever Land Sale was announced."

A Big Hello to all WOO Fans! 🥳🥳🥳 WOO! Here's another trip down WOO memory lane! 🚗💨

We'll be taking a look at this momentous announcement which gave us an exact date in which WOO's first ever land sale would take place.

Granted, this sale was not actually the general sale, but a whitelisted event only. This was to give loyal WOO asset holders/stakers some advantage should the demand for land be as great as that of all the 3 previous Alpha pack releases.

The price for land was also set at $20 with an additional $5 discount should the buyers burn 500 $WOO tokens for each land pack.

I remember opening a hundred or so packs to gather enough cards to get onto a certain tier of whitelist. This ensure I would guarantee myself some lands. Several big whales were already platinium level right off the bat and with that tier offering unlimited buys, there was certainly a danger that everything would be sold out before it even reached the general sale date.
