Hola amigos, feliz día e inicio de semana! Espero que se encuentren súper bien y que este fin de semana hayan descansado bastante. Por mi parte, me encuentro muy bien, emocionada porque ya casi empiezan las mini vacaciones de semana santa y que mejor plan que desconectarnos de todo por un rato.

Les cuento que el día de ayer fue muy bonito, desde hace rato tenía en mente que quería ir a una cafetería con un bonito y fresco jardín a degustar un delicioso café mientras charlaba con alguien y se pasaban las horas, así que como si hubiese sido decretado tuve la oportunidad de tener una cita con Fer en mi restaurante favorito que es Crepes & waffles. Por lo general acostumbramos asistir a este restaurante con la idea de cenar algo o tener citas de noche, pero en este ocasión fue una cita en horas del café de la tarde.

Al entrar le pedimos a la encargada que por favor nos ubicara en una mesa del jardín ya que queríamos estar en ese ambiente y bueno, aunque estaba un poco lleno el lugar contamos con la suerte de encontrar mesa disponible en esa área.

Hello friends, happy day and start of the week! I hope you are feeling great and have had a good rest this weekend. As for me, I'm feeling great, excited because the mini-holidays are almost here and what better plan than to disconnect from everything for a while.

I tell you that yesterday was very nice, for a while I had in mind that I wanted to go to a coffee shop with a nice and fresh garden to taste a delicious coffee while chatting with someone and the hours passed, so as if it had been decreed I had the opportunity to have a date with Fer in my favorite restaurant which is Crepes & waffles. We usually go to this restaurant with the idea of having dinner or a date at night, but this time it was a date in the afternoon coffee hours.

Upon entering we asked the manager to please place us at a table in the garden since we wanted to be in that environment and well, although the place was a little crowded we were lucky to find a table available in that area.

Una vez acomodados en nuestra mesa, la mesera nos hizo entrega del menú dándonos algunas recomendaciones, pero como teníamos en mente que la idea era degustar un café acompañado de un rico postre pues nos centramos en estas opciones. Para mí pedí un Capuccino sin azúcar acompañado de un rico crepe de nutella y fresas, como ya el postre tenía suficiente azúcar creo que no era necesario añadirle al café, pero bueno, todo es cuestión de gustos.

Por lo general los cafés de este lugar vienen sin azúcar pero acompañado de un pequeño chocolate el cual sirve para darle endulzar. La presentación me pareció super linda y estaba realmente delicioso ya que su leche venía con un poco de espuma, por otro lado el crepe me encantó, se sabe que la combinación de nutella y fresas nunca falla pero considero que el crocante del crepe le dio un toque extra.

Once we were seated at our table, the waitress handed us the menu giving us some recommendations, but as we had in mind that the idea was to taste a coffee accompanied by a delicious dessert, we focused on these options. For me I ordered a sugar free cappuccino with a delicious nutella and strawberry crepe, as the dessert already had enough sugar I think it was not necessary to add to the coffee, but well, it's all a matter of taste.

Usually the coffees at this place come without sugar but accompanied by a small chocolate which serves to sweeten it. I thought the presentation was super cute and it was really delicious as the milk came with a little foam, on the other hand I loved the crepe, it is known that the combination of nutella and strawberries never fails but I think the crunchy crepe gave it an extra touch.

Por otra parte, Fer optó por un jugo de fresas acompañado de un delicioso waffle de nutella con helado y banano. La verdad es que su Waffle estaba crujiente y delicioso, sobre todo por el helado. Siento que este restaurante nunca nos defrauda, tanto sus platos fuertes como sus postres son realmente deliciosos. Al final pedimos una botella de agua para bajar un poquito el dulzor de los postres y aunque yo no quería que se me fuera el sabor de mi rico Crepe pues si tenía mucha sed jaja. Por todo pagamos un total de $60.000 pesos Colombianos ($15.41 Dólares).

The truth is that her waffle was crispy and delicious, especially the ice cream. I feel that this restaurant never lets us down, both their entrees and desserts are really delicious. At the end we ordered a bottle of water to lower the sweetness of the desserts and although I didn't want the taste of my delicious Crepe to go away, I was really thirsty haha. For everything we paid a total of $60.000 Colombian pesos ($15.41 dollars).

Sin duda fue una tarde muy linda, tal cual como quería que fuese, el ambiente del lugar se sentía bastante fresco y creo que por eso es que me gusta tanto esta área del jardín, por las plantas que hay a su al rededor y sobre todo, por el enorme árbol que hay en todo el centro el cual brinda bastante sombra, junto a Fer se nos pasaron las horas hablando de todo un poco y es que aunque vivamos juntos siempre hay temas para hablar y es algo que me gusta mucho ya que nos desconectamos un poquito del mundo exterior. Así que bueno, en lo personal este tipo de planes siempre será uno de mis favoritos, esta de más decir que los postres estaban deliciosos, por lo que me atrevo a decir que este restaurante es el lugar perfecto para este tipo de citas. Without a doubt it was a very nice afternoon, just as I wanted it to be, the atmosphere of the place felt quite fresh and I think that's why I like so much this area of the garden, for the plants that are around it and above all, for the huge tree that is in the center which provides enough shade, together with Fer we spent hours talking about everything a little and even though we live together there are always topics to talk about and it is something that I really like because we disconnect a little bit of the outside world. So well, personally this kind of plans will always be one of my favorites, needless to say that the desserts were delicious, so I dare to say that this restaurant is the perfect place for this kind of dates.
