El día de hoy estoy muy feliz de poder compartir con ustedes en esta linda iniciativa alusiva al mes rosa siendo hoy el día mundial de la lucha contra el cáncer de mama. Antes de iniciar me gustaría invitar a las hermosas de @sugarelys y @mariajcastro28 a unirse.

Hi guys 💗, I hope you are doing well. Today I am very happy to be able to share with you in this nice initiative alluding to the pink month being today the world day of the fight against breast cancer. Before I start I would like to invite the beautiful @sugarelys and @mariajcastro28 to join.

¿Qué es ser mujer?

Esta pregunta tiene un montón de desenlaces, un sin fin de respuestas ya que podemos ver a la mujer desde diferentes perspectivas. Hablar de la mujer en el ámbito anatómico sería referirnos al sexo femenino con órgano reproductor especializado para fecundación, la gestación y el parto.

This question has a lot of outcomes, an endless number of answers since we can see the woman from different perspectives. To speak of the woman anatomically would be to refer to the female sex with a specialized reproductive organ for fertilization, gestation and childbirth.

Cuando te piden describir a una mujer físicamente pensarás en seguida en rasgos delicados, cintura pequeña, pechos desarrollados, abdomen plano, caderas voluptuosas pero lo más lindo de esto es que no todas las mujeres necesitan tener estas características para determinar lo que realmente son. Hay mujeres con pechos pequeños, cabello corto, caderas pequeñas, abdomen flácido, estrías, celulitis y muchísimas cosas más que adornan nuestro cuerpo y nos hace realmente especiales.

When you are asked to describe a woman physically you will immediately think of delicate features, small waist, developed breasts, flat abdomen, voluptuous hips but the most beautiful thing about this is that not all women need to have these characteristics to determine what they really are. There are women with small breasts, short hair, small hips, flabby abdomen, stretch marks, cellulite and many, many more things that adorn our bodies and make us really special.

Hablar de una mujer desde sus virtudes sería referirnos a ese ser valiente, resiliente, con destreza, creativo, con una seguridad gigante que la hace capaz de enfrentarse a cualquier obstáculo que se les presente, ser mujer significa tener un sin fin de cualidades.

Hay personas que relacionan ser mujer con debilidad y eso en ocasiones nos hace sentir un poco vulnerables pero lo más importante sería transformar ese sentimiento en empoderamiento y demostrar todo lo contrario.

To talk about a woman from her virtues would be to refer to that being brave, resilient, skilled, creative, with a giant security that makes her capable of facing any obstacle that comes her way, being a woman means having endless qualities.

There are people who relate being a woman with weakness and that sometimes makes us feel a little vulnerable but the most important thing would be to transform that feeling into empowerment and demonstrate the opposite.

Hoy en día las mujeres somos lo que queremos ser y lo que nos hace felices, eso es lo que realmente nos define. Hay mujeres a las que les gusta ser madres cabezas de hogar, desde pequeñas sueñan con tener una familia y dedicarse a ello, hay quienes sueñan con trabajar en una gran empresa o ¿Por qué no? en abrir sus propios negocios y eso esta bien, ser mujeres no nos hace débiles para luchar y cumplir nuestras metas y objetivos.

Today women are what we want to be and what makes us happy, that is what really defines us. There are women who like to be stay-at-home mothers, since they were little they dream of having a family and dedicate themselves to it, there are those who dream of working in a big company or why not? to open their own business and that's fine, being women does not make us weak to fight and fulfill our goals and objectives.

Simone de Beauvoir nos regalo la siguiente frase ''No se nace mujer, se llega a serlo'' y es que desde pequeñas nos enseñan o proyectan a vestirnos o actuar de una u otra manera para ganarnos el respeto de los demás, Pero la verdad es que esto no nos define, lo que realmente nos hace mujeres es tener el control y definir nuestra propia identidad, eso que realmente anhelamos y nos hace felices.

Simone de Beauvoir gave us the following phrase ''You are not born a woman, you become one'' and it is that since we were little we are taught or projected to dress or act in one way or another to earn the respect of others, but the truth is that this does not define us, what really makes us women is to have control and define our own identity, that which we really long for and makes us happy.

Podemos estar orgullosas de decir que hoy en día vamos un paso adelante rompiendo con los paradigmas sociales, a pesar de que día a día seguimos luchando por la igualdad de género y por hacer caer en cuenta que los trabajos no están divididos según el género si no por el talento y capacidad de cada persona, esto es algo que nos impulsa cada vez más.

We can be proud to say that today we are a step ahead breaking with social paradigms, although day by day we continue to fight for gender equality and to make us realize that jobs are not divided according to gender but by the talent and ability of each person, this is something that drives us more and more.

He visto de cerca, en mi familia, a amigas cercanas luchar y vencer el cáncer de mama y nunca te hubieses imaginado que estas personas estuvieron o pasaron por esta situación si ellas mismas no te hubiesen contado que así fue, a pesar de ser una situación que no solo afecta a la persona si no a la familia en conjunto, con su cabeza en alto y una sonrisa bien gigante te hacían sentir que todo estaba bajo control. Ahora sabes porque te digo que las mujeres somos sinónimos de seguridad y valentía.

I have seen up close, in my family, close friends fight and overcome breast cancer and you would never have imagined that these people were or went through this situation if they themselves had not told you that it was so, despite being a situation that not only affects the person but the family as a whole, with their head held high and a giant smile they made you feel that everything was under control. Now you know why I say that women are synonymous with security and courage.

Las mujeres de las fotos son amigas cercanas, cada foto fue posteada con su consentimiento y aprobación.

Cada una de ellas es diferente en todo sentido, cada una tiene su esencia y eso es lo que las hace más especiales y únicas, podría hablarles de cada una a detalle pero siento que el tiempo no me alcanzaría, decidí escogerlas para este post porque he visto desde cerca todo lo que han luchado para superarse, a cada una la tengo como ejemplo a seguir en diferentes aspectos de mi vida, las admiro, me siento muy orgullosa de cada una y estoy muy feliz de poder tenerlas en mi vida 💗.

Each one of them is different in every way, each one has her essence and that is what makes them more special and unique, I could tell you about each one in detail but I feel that time would not reach me, I decided to choose them for this post because I have seen from close all they have struggled to overcome, I have each one as an example to follow in different aspects of my life, I admire them, I feel very proud of each one and I am very happy to have them in my life 💗.
