Evening walk along the spring beach on the Gulf of Finland

Today I want to start talking about my spring walk along the spring beach on the Gulf of Finland. This is only the first part of the story, because I spent the whole evening in this place and took quite a few photos.

I visited this beach, located in the area of ​​Zelenogorsk, at the end of March, right before the introduction of the self-isolation regime in Russia. I suspected that this would drag on for a long time, so I decided to take a walk in the fresh air and replenish my photo archive.

When I went to this place, the sun was shining brightly on the street and I was counting on a colorful sunset on the seashore. However, the road to this place was 100 km long and during the journey the sky was covered with clouds.

Arriving at the beach, I decided that even if there is no good sunset, I will try to make at least a few cloudy landscapes.

It was windy and there were waves in the bay.

There were very few people ashore. A couple of families strolled away from each other. And two men equipped the boat.

On the other side of the beach, the couple walked the dog.

Looking around, I went to the shore, meditated on the waves and went on.

Behind a small stone scythe, I saw a brightly lit sky. It gave me hope for a colorful sunset.

A small stream flowed into the bay and formed a lake near the shore.

A lone pine tree grew along the coast.

There was one big fallen tree.

Its branches were covered with fungus in places.

It looked like a landscape at the confluence of a stream into the bay.

Having lowered the camera lower, I took a photo with stones close-up.

Then I headed along the coast in the direction where the bright sky gave me hope for beautiful landscapes with sunset.
