Audio Bar 051: "UNKLE feat. Thom Yorke, The Guapos, Ren, Rammstein" [EN / ES]

UNKLE is a project that combines electronica, trip-hop, downtempo, hip-hop and alternative rock, created in 1994 by James Lavelle and Tim Goldsworthy, and in 1998 they released a landmark album that is about to turn 25 years old, Pcyence Fiction, with a plethora of guests that a music festival would like to have.

Thom Yorke, Mike D, Ian Brown, Kool G Rap, Richard Ashcroft and Jason Newsted, collaborated with Lavelle and Goldsworthy during the production of this album, and others, equally outstanding can be found in their next productions. For me this song with Thom Yorke is one of the best they have done so far, and the fact that Yorke has made it part of his repertoire speaks for itself.

The Guapos is a band of friends making music, but these friends have separately long and recognized careers in the Latin American scene. They are what is called a superband, although they themselves are reluctant to be considered as such.

Born during a dinner party between Jay De La Cueva and Adanowsky, soon after they were joined by El David Aguilar, and after a while Leiva finally joined the band. With the idea of making a fun and carefree rock & roll, they are inspired by the rock of the 50's and their decades of experience as musicians, singers, songwriters and producers to deliver a light and fresh product of great quality.

The Guapos es una banda de amigos haciendo música, solo que estos amigos tienen por separado largas y reconocidas carreras en la escena latinoamericana. Es lo que se denomina una superbanda, aunque ellos mismo se resistan a ser considerados así.

Ren Gill better known simply as Ren is officially my new favorite artist. His musical range defies classification, and everything he performs he performs well.

Born in Wales, and with a career always in the independent field due to health limitations due to being seriously ill with Lyme disease, suffering from depression and even psychotic breaks, he has turned his life into the source of inspiration for his music, highly autobiographical, and recently focused in a masterful way on rap. Be as surprised as the music industry specialists, and give yourself a chance to meet Ren.

Ren Gill mejor conocido simplemente como Ren es oficialmente mi nuevo artista favorito. Su rango musical desafía toda clasificación, y todo lo que interpreta lo interpreta bien.

I would be lying if I said I was a big fan of Rammstein. I've known them practically since they started, as well as their best known songs, but until recently I hadn't listened to their music in depth.

It was a few months ago that I listened to their self-titled album of the year 2019, and I was very pleasantly surprised, and now that I have listened to their new album, titled Zeit, I confirm my opinion that they are a great band that has much more to offer than what the singles on their albums show. This song, Adieu, is simply excellent, and the video is almost a movie, simply wonderful.

Mentiría si dijera que soy un gran seguidos de Rammstein. Los conozco prácticamente desde que empezaron, así como sus temas más conocidos, pero hasta hace poco no había escuchando a profundidad su música.

Fue hace unos meses que escuché su disco homónimo del año 2019, y me llevé una muy grata sorpresa, y ahora que he escuchado su nuevo disco, titulado Zeit, ratifico mi opinión de que son una gran banda que tiene mucho más que ofrecer que lo que muestran los sencillos de sus discos. Este tema, Adieu es sencillamente excelente, y el video es casi una película, sencillamente un maravilla.
