VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

Sueño del árbol

Soñó que era uno con el bosque,
que de el surgían ramas y raíces
que lo unían al entorno,
a la tierra y al cielo.

Soñó que se volvía hogar
de plumas tornasoles,
y que ejércitos de seres diminutos
vivían en el y cuidaban de sus flores,
de su cabello de pétalos de colores.

Soñó en pieles exóticas,
a veces ruidosas,
brincando entre sus brazos
llenos de hojas y de frutos,
o al menos creyó que soñaba.

Porque al despertar se sintió extraño,
aislado y desconectado del mundo,
como soñando,
y junto a él habían plumas y flores,
y una larga fila de hormigas bajando de su cama,
marchando como un batallón militar.

ENGLISH VERSION

Tree dream

He dreamed that he was one with the forest,
that from him grew branches and roots
that linked him to the environment,
to the earth and to the sky.

He dreamed that he became home
of iridescent feathers,
and armies of tiny beings
lived in it and cared for its flowers,
of her hair of colored petals.

He dreamed of exotic skins,
sometimes noisy,
jumping between his arms
full of leaves and fruits,
or at least he believed it was a dream.

Because when he woke up he felt strange,
isolated and disconnected from the world,
like dreaming,
and next to him were feathers and flowers,
and a long line of ants coming down from his bed
marching like a military battalion.
