MIMESIS

I have decided to camouflage myself in your desire,

synthesize myself in the scent of your skin,

hide in your blood seeded with dragons,

assimilate the sweetness of your saliva,

blend into you: so I can have you whenever I want.

I came across this short poem, originally in Spanish, on a sadly inactive blog called demasiada luz and It was written by someone calling themselves Diva , one of the many anonymous talents out there, and I have thought it worth sharing. It's short, forceful, and how I like them best: no corny, obvious rhymes, or platitudes.
