¡Hola amigos, saludos a todos!

Hoy ha sido un muy buen día, estoy a las puertas de un proyecto que pronto llevaré a cabo, por el cual doy gracias a Dios todos los días de mi vida, pero siempre con el tiempo suficiente para compartir aquí en esta plataforma @Hive, hoy compartiré una receta para la preparación de una crema de garbanzos (Hummus) al estilo árabe que es deliciosa, espero que les guste la hice con amor y cariño.

Ingredientes:

-Tahini.
El tahini que es una crema de semillas de sésamo un ingrediente que dará el toque a la crema de garbanzos utilizar: 2 cucharaditas de sésamo, 60 ml de aceite de oliva, 60 ml de agua, media cucharadita de sal.

-250 gramos de garbanzos cocidos
-80 ml de aceite de oliva
-Sal y pimienta al gusto
-1 cucharadita de comino
-6 dientes de ajo
-Jugo de dos limones

Wow, you make tahini by roasting and crushing sesame seeds yourself. This is really good. We usually buy tahini and make hummus.
I've also made hummus before. !PIZZA
