This morning, I ran into him again: the super friendly neighborhood cat who is just all too happy to meow at friendly humans and let them scratch and pet him. Here he is, walking towards yours truly.

He gets all excited and starts walking around and rubbing against human legs and fences and trees, etc.

Unfortunately, I could not spend the whole day there playing with him. But it definitely was a great start of the day!

Does he? He is actually pretty mellow.
He is energetic, though. But very friendly, too.
