Back to writing, and a few thoughts

Note: this is an opinion piece. Here I am just sharing some of my thoughts. No references will be provided.

It has been awhile. About two weeks by now. Two weeks since I last wrote anything that was not related to official business or computer code.

During that time period, perhaps due to being quite busy, I was also focusing more on finite tasks at hand and less of the so-called "world problems". In a way, that made it easier. In fact, aggravating as it may be to work on some weird programming issue, that is way easier than thinking of how one can do what little one can actually do to bring the truth to others, to counter the corruption of society - which is ultimately the corruption of the mind - and what to make of the mess of convoluted and contradictory information one needs to sort through in search of accurate facts about the world. It is tempting to stay out of all of that mess. I can hardly blame those who do choose that route.

But for those of us who have already taken the so-called "red pill" - what are the options? Not that you take it at once - for me that was a process. For me the first dose came in 2004 when I realized that the official story of 9/11 and the real story of it are two very different stories. I delved into it, I hoped, the incongruities being as glaring as they were - that people would see the light, that they would at least get terrified enough to want to know more. And some did - but, sadly, few. The majority chose not to know, or to at least keep their curiousity in check. And I decided to abandon that all, to go back to regular life - because, well, what's the point, why should it be me, I am not getting paid to deal with all this pain and frustration, etc. Except you don't know back. You can't erase this sort of knowledge. You can't undo the red pill. Red pill rage is not going anywhere.

So I realized that. And, also - one you have the knowledge, why not share it? Plus, perhaps some patience is required - people need time to absorb this sort of possibilities, this level of deception. And, plus, life serves the lessons to everyone that helps them see how much deception there is in the world, and the digital world helps both the masters of deception and those seeking to expose their deeds. For example, over the last few years the many lies related to the COVID pandemic were being exposed, one by one, almost in real time. And, thankfully, people have started asking the question that seems most obvious, "What else have we been lied about?"

So I am back. And I have lots to share. Will try to be more disciplined about it - after all, hard as it may be, it is also truly satisfying to hear people reflect on how they get to see the light. Like I said time and again, do your own research, use your own brain, draw your own conclusions. More and more people out there seem to be doing just that. And therein lies the hope for us all.

Today you have posted after 17 days I was waiting for your post. I would like to say here that the situation in Pakistan has become very expensive due to so much corruption and some of the people here who are selling goods also increase the prices of things by their own will and due to which people are facing a lot of problems. If these two parties do something right, the problems of the people will be reduced.

Sorry to hear that.
But I would say that, long term, corruption always makes things more expensive and less efficient. Even though, yes, it may present some short-term benefit to those engaging in it.

You have done this very well, but these people are not ready to understand at all, they only see their own profit.

I agree that it can be difficult to know what to do when we see so much deception and corruption in the world. However, I also believe that it is important to share our knowledge and insights with others, so that we can help to raise awareness and bring about change.

I think you are right that people need time to absorb new information and to come to their own conclusions. However, I also believe that the digital world can be a powerful tool for exposing deception and spreading truth. As you mentioned, the COVID pandemic has been a time of great deception, but it has also been a time when people have been able to connect with each other and share information more easily than ever before. This has led to a growing awareness of the lies and corruption that have been going on for far too long.

It's easier to fool someone than to convince them they've been fooled. Its that character from The Matrix who would gladly return to the matrix if he could, the same for the people who don't want to know the bitter truth, they'd much rather live in a comfortable lie. Even truthers suffer from this, they can't accept facts that contradict their theories because it's soothing to believe you know the truth than to consider it as speculation.

A very balanced art of writing. Appreciated. I have nothing to add. But to share some more thoughts on top. You may find them related or not :)

From my personal experience I can say that as a young adult I heard, read or saw something and it impressed me. I was immediately on fire and passed on what I heard, read or saw and thought I had found the philosopher's stone. Only, that it wasn't. It was just another stone on my path. HaHa!

An old friend accused me some years ago of falling for everything that some strange people told me. And she was right, I did.
I had to make the experience that my chosen role models were not absolutely right, because it was not my style to know or suspect beforehand - without trying things out, being there at events that actually took place - that I could be wrong.
How people can always know so well in advance that a thing has no hand and no foot was not clear to me; I thought of my friend that she had basically avoided self experience and had taken on the role of admonisher towards me because I was doing too many stupid things in her eyes.

To become experienced, committing stupidity is often - not always - a prerequisite. They say it is the privilege of the young and I agree. I, on the other hand, thought of her as doing too little risky things and regulating herself too strictly in the first place.

The generation conflict is real. Even more so as the old and the young hardly come together outside work-life. Their worlds do not touch each other often and habitually enough and so the old cannot be of valuable meaning to the young which makes them often miserable, cynical, self-devaluing individuals who are doomed to hang out with peers for their life long (I'm exaggerating a bit to make the point).

Oneself must become old before one sees that the typical sayings of parents were correct in their simplicity, only that one dismissed them as authoritarian, because one had no clue about how it is to spend more than just one or two decades on earth.

Lucky can be those who had mentors when young, who were guided and genuinely challenged and disciplined in a benevolent way, and early on knew what to aim for. To be looking for wisdom and insight for such a long time as we "civilized peoples" do, actually needs a longer lifespan. LOL:D in order to reach maturity (which happened in non civilized tribes early in life, at puberty) we civilized humans need to read a thousand books, change professions, have experiences of numerous kinds to finally mature (if ever). I'd say that pre modern times made it easier for humans to enter the realm of adulthood than modern and post modern times.
We often compare civilized realms with a "jungle" but I think that the real jungle is far more direct, it gives you immediate answers on stupid behavior than the complex world of a citizen.

Greetings to you.
