Biden administration stopping monoclonal anti-bodies for COVID-19 patients

Courtesy Jason Bermas (link below): Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo has been on Fox News providing his perspective on the Biden administration's recent decision to halt shipment of some monoclonal antibody treatments to the state of Florida. In the clip Bermas paled Ladapo was rather diplomatic but he agreed with hosts' pointed assertion that people can be expected to die needlessly due to this decision by the federal government.

Bermas referred to this decision as "policy of death". Typically, I would view this characterization as extreme, but in this case I have to agree - that is exactly what it is.

As usual - watch the video, do your own research, draw your own conclusions.

Over and out.

This just all seems spiteful to me and honestly, they are just making DeSantis more popular by doing this and many other "anti-Florida" nonsense.

Sure.

And they might not mind offing a few people if that is what it takes to make DeSantis look bad - and they are failing at that, too.

My grandma had to get monoclonal antibodies, it helped her get better when she had covid.

Glad to know she got through it. Was it a decisive intervention?

I'm not exactly sure, but she has had problems breathing the last few years due to her condition so she needed all the help she could get.

How old is she?

I'd say this speaks quite in favor of this treatment, given that we are talking someone who clearly had a major comorbidity.

In her upper 80s. Yes, it was good that she was able to get it.
