It is good to always take good care of your health. One of the ways to take good care of your health is by exercising. Exercising has really helped me in my dance journey, it makes me fit for the job.

    When you skip it make the heart to be active and strong. The Heart is a very important part of the body and Jumping ropes helps to improve it's function.

  2. It makes the bone stronger
    Skipping helps to hardened the bone and makes it stronger, for people who feel their bone is too weak, you can try skipping.

  3. It helps to burn fat
    If you are overweighted, skipping can help you burn a lot fats. You can loose some amount of weights through skipping.
