WE85: My Curiosity Growing up

It's just another weekend to share the experience of one's life with the community, at this moment, I have no option than to share option 1: Truly, life is a puzzle. Describe something that piqued your interest or curiosity but you actually knew nothing about. Why were you curious about it and how did you satisfy that curiosity?

Although, the other options are intriguing but I just can't let out the feeling that is in my mind this very moment.
I only appreciate that life has gotten better today, it doesn't entirely has to do with my curiosity about life and the situation I found myself earlier in life.
The series of experiences I went through with my family led to who I am today, which I can boldly say I am better than who I was growing up to be and even making myself proud as days go by.

Alright jumping right straight to my curiosity.
I grew up in a poor and really hard working family but truth is that things were not just going accordingly and I never wanted to end up in the future the same way.

My parents made sure we were given the best they could afford educationally and all.
My parents didn't go to school or rather stopped schooling very early in their lives to find better ways for living for themselves.

Growing up in Nigeria is even more difficult now based on the stories I was told, I would only say that while growing up in my younger days, life was really difficult but I thank God for where my family is today, life seems to be smiling at pop's because all things are being better for him and mum but happily, I'm all grown up now and not dependent on them.

What actually led to my curiosity?
Just as we know that life is a puzzle that must be solved without disputing, I am who I am today based on the challenges that we faced.
My pop and an uncle of mine are into the same business, they import and sell but since I knew this uncle since I was a kid till date, he was really rich and today only has only gotten richer but pop just began to get rich.
That really got me curious, why are they doing the same business and pop hasn't been doing well?
Why is life smiling at Uncle but not pop?

To really think about it today, subconsciously I was really worried and sort into reading books trying to find out the secret of rich people and apply it into my own life because I wouldn't want to find myself in that same position.
I only read books about people who made it from nothing to something or even though they inherited wealth and books that I could learn traits that would make me better in the future.
I only knew there was something they were all doing differently from what everybody does.

My search for knowledge increased to the point that radically, I wanted to know the secret of wealth, truthfully, I just knew there was a secret and that was what spurred my curiosity.
I've read books and still reading book to inculcate into myself characters that would make me attain what I need in life.

My story to be better wasn't actually because of whatever people had for themselves, my family comparing with that my uncle really made me curious to finding a better way for myself and inadvertently for the family.
Even though I haven't attained the height that I want, I know that I have the knowledge to make it happen for me and in all ramification my mindset is hardened to a degree that I've been tagged as weird just because I don't reason how majority of people around me does. I don't mean to actually raise my bar high but this is the height I've set for myself and I know that I'm still curious to make all happen for me.

I've learnt a lot and said a lot but have really haven't done a lot, I still find myself puzzled most times because there are instances that I feel that I haven't gained a lot.
My curiosity started because of the level the background I grew up from and today I'm still curious to know more.
When you check my stats, I haven't started life but I'm at a level that's better than where I was.
I've applied everything I've learnt and I know myself to be very intentional in life and I'm still curious more than ever, because there's a place I want to be but haven't still attained that.
I only know there are steps that must be taken to get there.

Surely it's one day at a time and time only would tell the destination.
I wouldn't say I've satisfied my curiosity entirely but I know there are actions to be taken that would all get me a step closer to actually satisfying my interest or curiosity.
Books and podcast have actually made my curiosity satisfied nevertheless but we all know that it all continues and it's never ending.

Thanks for visiting my blog, till next time.

Never satisfy your curiosity completely...be the person who seeks more, needs to know more, experience more and do more...Life is too short not to.

Life is really short, that's absolutely right to always want more.
I'd definitely keep pushing beyond limits, I takeyour words as the real deal.
Much appreciated all the way.

Learning keeps us growing so let's not stop seeking knowledge and of course applying them to our lives :)

Learning is never ending, knowledge only makes reality so surreal when we find ourselves in certain circumstances that it applies to.
