Hello ❤️ Hello, today I have a menu to present to you all. Even though it is a menu that I have made before, I found that there are people at home who like to eat this menu, so I have to make this menu again. One thing, but today is more special than every other time is that I have another menu to go with this menu, which is...stuffed eggs..Tom Kha Gai..It's our lunch menu, which is the ingredient of Tom Kha Kai. I've told my friends in many posts, today I'm going to tell you guys that I made a stuffed egg menu and what ingredients it has. I'd like you guys to come and see...prepare the ingredients. 2 eggs, 100 grams of minced pork, half a large onion, 1 tomato, 100 grams of carrots, spring onions and coriander. Let's see how to make it. Put a pan on the stove, add a little oil, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant, then add the minced pork. When the pork is cooked, add the carrots, followed by the onions and tomatoes, stir fry and mix well until all the ingredients are cooked. Then we season with 1 tablespoon of seasoning sauce, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of oyster oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir well, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, stir until cooked in the middle, then sprinkle with spring onions and coriander. Set aside and prepare the eggs. Place 2 eggs in a bowl and lightly beat them. When the eggs break, heat the pan, add a little oil, then take the whisk and make a thin sheet. The eggs are cooked on both sides and then the pork that we Stir-fry together with all the ingredients, then fold and spit into a funny square shape until combined. Then we take a plate and place it on the mouth of the pan and turn the pan down to 10. Ready to serve.

Tom Kha Kai, this menu I've made many times and everyone in the house likes this menu. It's a food that has a flavor that isn't too strong. It has coconut milk as an ingredient and it turns out oily, sour, and salty. It's a bit sweet and stuffed. As for the stuffed stuffing, it's a relatively mild menu. Children can eat it, and adults can eat it too. It's a menu that's easy to make, not complicated, so I want it to be a regular menu for Thai people in the kitchen. For those who go to stuffed eggs at restaurants or resorts, there will be a stuffed egg menu that is the face of that resort. It will have a similar deliciousness to that of pan eggs, where pan eggs have more toppings. Stuffed with meat, we only have minced pork, but it has all the nutrients, both vegetables and meat, making it possible for everyone in the family to eat all 5 food groups.
