Khao porridge is considered a light food, not heavy at all, but today it is seafood porridge. The seafood ingredients are as follows. Ingredients for making seafood porridge are... ..rice..sea bass meat..white shrimp..squid..and also green onions, coriander, celery..and ginger..let's see how to make it. First we Let's peel the shells of the shrimp and completely cut them into boxes. As for the sea bass meat, we already have it. They turned it into pieces and packed them into bags of 1 kilogram. Then we'll come and cut the squid.. We take the stuff that was cut. And remove all the shells that are seafood and boil them until cooked first. Bring everything down to boil. After boiling, let's set it aside and then we'll make the soup. Bring the water to a boil. Add 3 spoons of seasoning powder, 3 spoons of green cap sauce, 3 spoons of soy sauce. When the water is boiling, add the 3 numbers that we have carefully wrapped. According to our numbers, there will be pepper. Garlic, coriander root, if you put it in the pot and it will bubble out, when everything is boiling well, then add ginger. The ginger won't be shredded, because the kids at home won't eat it, so we'll use it. The way to get the ginger is to get it in every dent. Once you've broken it a little, then add the ginger to the soup and it will smell the aroma of ginger because the kids at home won't be able to catch shredded ginger. So we chose to smash them and put them in the soup pot. The onion, coriander and celery leaves were cut and prepared. Then we made fried garlic. Let's make fried garlic and fried the garlic.
