Here's the following: Ingredients for steamed seafood in young coconuts are as follows.. red curry paste.. coconut aroma.. galangal.. kaffir lime leaves.. Open the mouth of the coconut and scrape out the coconut meat inside. When it's finished, mix it in a bowl. We put in the shrimp, squid, coconut milk, and all the seasonings. We're going to prepare to buy it. Set the water and wait. To buy it, on the first floor, we put 5 krathongs in it. And then I bought the second layer and then I put in the young coconut that I scraped off the pulp and put it in. When I finished, I took the Yo leaves and cut off the middle stem. The middle stem of the leaf has to be removed because It will have a bitter taste. Some people don't like to eat it. We remove the leaf stalks, leaving only the soft leaves. Cut them into pieces. I recommend trying them in the bottom of a krathong and then placing them in the whole coconut. 2 pieces. When finished, we cut out the ingredient guide that we mixed in a spray bowl, scooped it into every krathong, and garnished it with shredded red chili peppers and kaffir lime leaves.
