The foundation accepts grants and runs its internal Youth Programming to develop its community network further under the “One Strong Community Program.” The foundation's goals include licensing Out of School Time programs that provide safe and creative care for families in Chicopee, Holyoke, and Springfield, offering and distributing various educational, artistic, and charitable events and activities in partnership with families, businesses, and government entities, recruiting and supporting a network of individuals, groups, and organizations throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and hiring and training students through Career Programs to strengthen interest in different trades and workforces.

As a Limited Liability Company operating under the umbrella of the One Strong Foundation, the program is committed to creating and organizing community programs that promote beneficial development for residents of the Massachusetts gateway cities of Chicopee, Holyoke, and Springfield. The program's main goal is to foster educational, artistic, and personal growth within the community, and it achieves this through a diverse range of programs and partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
